Products ship within 1-3 business days from your order date. Purchases during a sale or promotion period may take up to 7 business days for orders to process.

The Bailee Brand is not responsible for expenses associated with delayed or incorrect orders or your hair appointment cancellation fees assessed by your Hair Stylist/Salon.

We have a no refunds policy.

BEAUTY QUEENS: If you’re unsatisfied with the hair and we will offer to make an exchange, please contact us within three business days of receiving via email. We will exchange it for you. Hair has to be in its original condition and completely unaltered to qualify for an exchange. Customer has to pay for shipping costs related to an exchange, unless we made a mistake with your order. Zip ties holding the weft together have to be intact. If they're cut, or the hair is used or altered at any circumstance, the sale will be final. Absolutely NO EXCEPTIONS to these policies!
